To reach that goal, it relies on deep-rooted values of professionalism, a partnership approach and creation of value, guided by firmly held principles of local integration, high levels of expertise and the desire to make a real contribution to sustainable development.
Against the backdrop of its goals, values and principles, SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT is developing monitoring systems and technical support for its Business Units by enhancing the sharing of its know-how and by developing and managing a worldwide network of expertise.
With this outlook the Research and Operation division and the CIRSEE introduce and provide ongoing support to a process of continuous improvement via the development of an effective Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 framework.
Goals, action plans and monitoring indicators are put in place for each process, under the responsibility of a process leader. A process only makes sense if the value it brings outweighs its overall cost.
An annual satisfaction survey covering all of SUEZ ENVIRONNRMENT's technical services, carried out for the first time at the end of 2005, highlighted the expectations of its clients.
